Who is Giorgia Ludwig Kelley
I am an Italian pastry chef born in Venice, and now in Australia to bring my creativity and professionalism around the world.
My career started in Brescia at the CAST Alimenti school of Iginio Massari.
After 8 years of music studies, and driven by my passion for pastry that developed especially during the COVID period, I decided to pursue this type of training.
I immediately entered the high-end catering sector, both in Italy and abroad.
